Safari Themed Baby Shower
With the anticipation of welcoming the newest family member, these future grandparents commissioned us to assist in planning and designing this safari themed baby shower! Parents-to-be and their guests celebrated the little cub! Keep reading for all of the wild kingdom details.
Held on the grounds of a private estate in Los Angeles, we filled the backyard with rustic farm tables adorned with burlap table runners and unique vases filled with florals in shades of green, apricot, persimmon, pale yellow and cream. Also placed along the runner were adorable vintage safari animals; lions, tigers, bears (oh my!) giraffes and monkeys! These cute mementos could be found throughout the party. The place settings consisted of wood chargers with textured white china, green vintage glassware, wood handled flatware and taupe linen napkins wrapped with horn napkin rings.
The Kitchen For Exploring Foods served delicious tray passed hors d’ oeuvres and a tempting spread straight from the grill. Guests also enjoyed specialty cocktails “Baby Girl Binder”, “Mama-to-be Mojito” and “Father-to-be-Fizz” from our rustic bar covered in natural greenery, and more of the adorable vintage animals. Our cozy lounge furniture served as a perfect area for guests to relax as the evening evolved and fun games such as beer pong, cornhole, boggle, yardzee, jenga and pick up sticks were enjoyed throughout the event!
