Surprise 50th Birthday Celebration

What’s better than a milestone birthday? A surprise birthday party, of course! Surrounded by his loved ones, Mike was given the surprise of his life for his big 5-0, and we had the honor of strategizing, planning, and designing this bash along with his fabulous wife.

The party kicked off with Mike’s guests energetically exclaiming, “SURPRISE!” while hiding behind masks of the guest of honor’s face. The look on Mike’s face said it all, what a joyous occasion!

The sleek color scheme was chosen to match the milestone celebration: silver, grey and white with hints of gold. We filled the room with long, rectangular dining tables draped in grey velvet linens with Revelry’s silver seating to match. Each place setting consisted of patterned marble china, with monogrammed custom menus in silver and gold placed on top. The unique gold rimmed, white glassware added the perfect touch. The table was filled with white and ivory colored blooms such as tulips, calla lilies, orchids, dahlias, and roses. To elevate the table design, we included custom built raised transparent centerpieces that held candles which added a warm glow as the sun went down.

Following dinner, guests were invited to join Mike on the dance floor, relax in the cigar lounge on the terrace, lounge and indulge in the multitude of desserts and late night snacks! As fun additions, we distributed novelty trucker hats that read, “50” and “Shut the Front Door”, Mike’s favorite quote. Our Bubble Girls, dispensing bubbles while dancing through the crowd in fun shimmering bikinis energetically led Mike to his incredible four-tiered cake by The Butterend and sparklers shooting out of the top!

This truly was an amazing celebration. Thank you to our entire creative team for helping bring this extravaganza to life! Happy Birthday, Mike!
